This 3.9ct sapphire is aboslutely breathtaking. We repolished the stone to remove any imperfections or abrasions, then sent the stone to GIA to receive professional grading. The brilliant blue color pops against this vintage 18k white gold mount and the .25ctw in natural bezel-set diamonds surrounding it. The ring itself is a size 7.5. The GIA report (#5242103397) will be included with the ring as well.
